Our Story
Japaluz was born from a simple restlessness: the suspicion that the world's best rooms were hidden in plain sight, behind unmarked doors in the oldest quarters of the cities worth knowing.
We find those rooms. We make them honest, comfortable, and beautiful. Then we step aside — because a great stay is really just a great city, seen from the right window.

Who We Are
Architecture as restraint.
Silence as luxury.
From the street, a Japaluz house says very little. Clean lines, hushed facades, no signs. The kind of building that has always been there — unhurried, undecorated, at peace with its neighbourhood.
We believe the outside world is already loud enough. Our exteriors are a full stop.
Cross the threshold and the temperature changes. Terracotta floors, hand-painted azulejos, the scent of orange blossom drifting from an inner courtyard. Every Japaluz house carries the DNA of Andalusia in its bones — even when it stands in Kraków, in Malta, beside Dubai's marina.
We are not decorators. We are collectors of warmth. We seek out the craftsmen, the tiles, the worn wooden beams, the copper lanterns — the details that make a room feel like it has been lived in and loved for a century.
Our soul is Sevillian. Our addresses are global.
What we leave out matters as much as what we put in.
